At First Friends School, we aim to make the enrolment process simple, transparent, and supportive for families. We provide a simple 6 step process.

1. Inquiry

Families are invited to reach out to learn more about our program, availability, and whether First Friends School is the right fit for their child.

2. Visit & Connection

Where possible, families may be invited to visit the school or connect with us to get a feel for our environment, approach, and daily rhythm.

3. Offer of Placement

If a space is available and the program is a good fit, families will receive an Offer of Placement outlining program details, fees, and next steps.

4. Acceptance & Administrative Fee

To confirm your child’s space, the signed Offer of Placement and a non-refundable administrative fee are required. This secures enrolment and supports onboarding, communication, and administrative preparation.

5. Welcome Package & Fees Agreement

Following acceptance and closer to date of start, families will receive a welcome package with key information to prepare for their child’s start. This is followed by the Fees Payment Agreement, which outlines payment terms and is required to be completed prior to the start date.
